HR - Payroll

As part of setting up a business, locating and growing your business there will be times when you will need to employ workers and to pay them appropriate wages, salaries and even bonuses. It works hand in hand that good management complement good (paid) employees.

We will undertake weekly, monthly payrolls. The size of the payroll is not currently prohibitive as we use packages such as Sage Payroll and Platinum.

H DeCruz Limited give assistance and advice and deal with any discussions with HMRC if there were to be issues on National Insurance, tax codes, or entering into agreements on payment with them.

We have the capacity to train staff within large companies on how to use Sage payroll and set up a technical helpline if necessary. A business case has to be proposed by you.

Although we do not sign up employment agreements or deal with employment disputes we can suggest from a list of available Solicitors or Advocates. Please ask members of the firm for a list.
