International Tax
Many people and companies are willing to travel across trans-national boundaries
in order to enrich their companies and lives and we have enough experience and
knowledge to help you deal with these complex issues. We are aware that some
countries within Continental Europe are leading lights in business start ups and
we are able to advise you of this.
We have skilled staff who are able to deal with European tax in
particular German tax, French tax, and Russian tax. They will also be willing in
dealing with the relevant tax authorities.
There are pitfalls if the proposer has not set up the company covering all
legitimate issues and this will involve discussing with the relevant tax
authorities, points that had earlier been missed altogether.
Currently, it is the flavour of many governmental jurisdictions predominately
Germany, France and US to dismantle off shore tax havens. We can help in making
disclosures at amnesty dates and if possible paying the correct penalties or
move out of the un preferred location. We must reiterate that tax avoidance
within certain HMRC schemes is allowed but tax evasion (by deliberately not
declaring income) is never acceptable. The tax payer must declare income and
suffer tax legitimately in the appropriate jurisdiction.
We have certain amnesty dates and if you are a High Net worth individual
in the above position with the intention to declare, come to us so that we can
enter into an agreement with HMRC.
There is a Continental European flavour in bringing flat rate of taxes for both
Corporate and Individual taxes e.g. Germany, Latvia, Republic of Ireland. Many
companies have been asking to move as the general tax rates have been falling.
This in the long run may make other progressive tax regimes such as the US and
UK uncompetitive.
The UK government is also bringing in the new Non -Domiciled tax of £30,000 and
many wealthy foreigners including some locals will be affected.
When you come to us we can work out a rough calculation to see if it is
worthwhile to you to pay the £30,000.
